Geotechnical / Soil Review

Completed owner-funded diligence supporting early understanding of soil, foundation, drainage, and construction assumptions.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

Completed owner-funded diligence identifying environmental history and whether targeted follow-up is needed.

Phase II Environmental Follow-Up

Proposal pending. Intended to clarify environmental risk and any potential cleanup, lender, or schedule exposure.

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey

Completed and sealed. Establishes the current legal and physical survey base for boundary, right-of-way, access, utility, easement, title, design, entitlement, and lender-diligence coordination. The survey remains a controlled technical document.

Cost + Constructability Materials
